Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
Ordering an item from mivarpress.com couldn't be easier. We can ship to just about any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note:

• Mivar Press customers have two options for shipping books: Standard and Express.
• Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for all orders delivered in the continental United States and 4-10 business days for international shippments.
• Express shippments will arive next day or second day for all continental Unites States shippments and 3-5 business days for all international orders.
• Most orders received prior to 11:30 AM Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day, not including standard business holidays.
• Orders received after 11:30 AM EST or during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• Shipment and delivery times do not include weekend days or holidays.
• If you need delivery by a specific day and are concerned that your order will not arrive in time, please contact us at (404) 806-9623, and we will make every effort to expedite your order.
• Shipping costs for orders from mivarpress.com depend upon the method and option you choose. While we do our best to accurately estimate the correct shipping charges, some adjustments or additonal charges may need to be made before items are shipped. Mivar Press will contact you if additonal charges apply.

Returns Policy
If you would like to return part or all of an order, please observe the following:

• Returned books must be in saleable condition.
• Books must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
• Returned items must be recieved by our warehouse before refund is authorized.
• A 10% restocking fee (based on original sale price) will be charged for all returned items.
• An invoice with the purchase price and date must be included with the return.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returned items.
• Out-of-print books can only be returned up until 60 days after customers receive the Mivar Press out-of-print notification.
• We cannot accept returns from customers that do not purchase books directly from Mivar Press.
• Returns of prepublication orders or special discounted offers are prohibited.
